A flagship project of Karnataka State Government, is a Land Records management system. The project was inaugurated in the year 2000. Under this project, all the manual RTCs which prevailed at the time of data entry were digitized and made available to the citizen through Kiosk Centres. All the ownership or any other changes in the RTCs are carried out through mutation as per KLR Act using the Land Records database. Bhoomi back offices have been set up at all taluks of the state. In each of these centres LR Kiosk & Application Kiosk have also been setup.
CLWS is an innovative application, developed inhouse by Bhoomi Monitoring Cell, Revenue Department, Govt. of Karnataka to enable direct benefit transfer of Loan Waiver Project by State Government through AadhaarEnabled Payment Service.
Parihara is an innovative web based application was developed inhouse by Revenue Department (Bhoomi Monitoring Cell and Disaster Management), Govt. of Karnataka to enable direct benefit transfer (DBT) through Aadhaar Enabled Payment Service.
Solution to identify same name in multiple database using an artificial intelligence algorithm, developed using Microsoft .Net framework can be downloaded through the website and may be used by the government departments free of cost, with due acknowledgement to the author of the algorithm.

The Bhoomi-Bank Integration scheme, designed to simplify the process of giving loans for farmers having land. Under this scheme, Bhoomi records are integrated with Bank computers to simplify the application process. Almost all Banks all over Karnataka state have access to the Bhoomi Bank web application.
EEERS is a IT system used to monitor cases registered on Violation of Licence condition by shops
Kaveri & Bhoomi have been integrated since 2006. Form J in XML file format are being transmitted automatically (without human intervention) on a daily basis to SDC through Karnataka State Wide Area Network. Bhoomi Kaveri integration reports are available through here.
The purpose of this project is to develop a system to automate the process Land acquisition in the revenue department and integrate the same with BHOOMI. There are 54 regular land acquisition offices.

Any agriculture land falling within the local planning area for which the master plan has been duly published under the Karnataka town and country planning act and such land and such diversion is in accordance with the purpose of land use specified in such master plan. The permission therefore shall be deemed to have been granted subject to payment of fine prescribed under sub section (7).
